FAQ

  1. How long is the membership period?
    The membership last three months after which a membership renewal confirmation will be sent to you. Please note you can cancel upcoming membership at anytime.

  2. How do I pay?
    You can pay using credit card or paypal. You will be charged every month for the membership.

  3. Do I need to renew every month?

    No, your subscription will automatically renew for the next three months. You can cancel at anytime; a renewal confirmation will be sent for October- December membership period.

  4. Which package is best for me?

    The VP membership is for someone who wants to learn about wine and join a wine community but doesn’t want/ can’t have wine sent to them. Wine can only be shipped to people living in Ontario, Canada (for now!)

    The Wine Explorer package is for someone who just wants a well curated selection of wine sent to them monthly

    The Experience package is for those who want to join a community, learn and also get great wines!
