Bushmanspad Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

Deep garnet in appearance with notes of intense ripe cassis fruit, some pencil shavings and a touch of dried thyme. Full bodied and well balanced with notes of ripe fruit, dried thyme and black olive all enhanced and supported by ripe tannin. The wine is packed full of ripe flavours, firm succulent tannins and beautifully balanced.

Weemala Shiraz Viognier 2017

Weemala is an aboriginal word for 'good view' which aptly describes our vineyard in the Central Ranges of NSW. Right now you've got a pretty good view of our Shiraz Viognier. You'll find 2017 has produced aromas of mulberry, dark chocolate, allspice, fresh earth, white pepper and vanilla with a floral lift while the rich medium bodied palate has flavours of blackberries, plus liquorice and spice with a long finish.

Amaze Rose Sparkling 2018

Clear and attractive colour with refined and numerous bubbles, with golden reflexes. Aromas of papaya, strawberry, with a citric touch. The taste is young and creamy, with balanced and refreshing acidity.

Tempranillo

This is a polished wine with wonderful depth and character alongside plenty of cherry, ripe black fruit, plum, spice, earth, cedar, leather and smoke. There's an underlying mineral component that is pitch perfect. So nice. Enjoy this with grilled lamb or braised beef. (Vintages panel, Feb. 2018)
